MCCLELLAND BOOK HIGHLY CRITICAL OF RICE: Author says Condoleeza, despite being highly intelligent, chose to be Bush's yes-person.

The controversial new book by former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan is harshly critical of Condoleezza Rice – the nation’s second African American secretary of State.

The book is entitled "What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington’s Culture of Deception."


It portrays Rice essentially as a s ycophant or yes-person who basically sought to agree with President Bush even when he was wrong.
