Let me set things straight from the start. I've only listened to Wendy Williams' radio show a few times, but I've read plenty-plenty about her unorthodox on-air crazy pop culture annihilations. What I remember most was the time she accused Tupac of being raped in jail and he threatened to send her to Jenny Craig, oh, and the time Whitney Houston begged to meet her in the lobby of some radio station and beat some butt, Jersey-style. Not to mention when Will Smith threatened [vis a vis lyrics] to buy the radio station she worked for and wipe her clean from shock jock life. OH... and the time she leaked info that Method Man's wife was battling cancer even when her family or friends knew nothing. Method was hurt and angered.
Well, on July 14th, 2008 Wendy gets her own TV show on FOX appropriately titled The Wendy Williams Show and she promises to offer up more of her celebrity dish or cultural insight, or in some corners, pure sh*t.
