Pres. Carter Stands by Obama, Racism Comment

Pres. Jimmy Carter says he still believe racism is in issue when it comes to Pres. Barack Obama getting bills through Congress. On Tuesday, Carter said there's a feeling among many in the U.S. that an African-American should not be president.
