A Florida judge is ordering former "American Idol" contestant Jessica Sierra to spend a year in rehab. The singer was arrested last month for disorderly intoxication and obstruction of an officer. The charges violated her probation from prior drug and battery charges. Sierra will appear in upcoming reality TV program "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew"...which was filmed before her most recent arrest. The judge says he thinks a year in a facility will be better than the "low-level" treatment she received on the show.
